One combined limit
One $1,500 maximum in plan-paid benefits per enrolled home per 12-month term, across all three trades and every enrolled HVAC system. No separate caps by trade. Covered labor, parts, access work and required repair-related costs all draw from this balance. You pay the deductible, excluded work and any amount above the remaining benefit. Unused benefits do not roll over.
Opening or excavation directly required for a covered repair shares the limit. Closing and restoring drywall, paint, tile, floors, concrete, paving and landscaping is not covered, and neither is water extraction, drying, mold work or other resulting property damage.

What does the $1,500 cover?
It is one shared benefit across plumbing, electrical and HVAC. The plan contributes up to $1,500 toward covered repairs during your 12-month term, and you use it wherever you need it.
What if I have more than one HVAC system?
One HVAC system is included. Add each additional system for $100 a year. All enrolled systems share the same $1,500 annual limit, and each newly added system has its own 60-day wait.
What is the 24-hour arrival guarantee?
We will be at your home within 24 hours of your service request, or the $100 service call is free. If we miss that window, your $100 incident deductible is waived.
Why is there a 60-day waiting period?
Your term starts the day you enroll, and repair benefits start on day 61. Once that passes, the full $1,500 is available for the rest of your first term.
How does the deductible work?
You pay $100 per covered incident, including the return visits that incident needs and more than one trade working the same incident. Unrelated failures are separate incidents.
Is this a subscription?
It is one annual payment of $360 plus applicable tax, on a 12-month agreement. You can choose not to renew at the end of your term.
