Why it matters in the Carolinas

A generator that has not been serviced is a generator that fails on day two.

Ice storms in the Piedmont, hurricane remnants moving inland, summer thunderstorms taking out a feeder. Outages here are not rare, they are seasonal. Our twice-yearly generator service covers oil, filter, battery, spark plug, transfer switch, and a full voltage test under load, so the unit actually starts when the lights go out.

Beyond the generator we run a whole-home electrical safety inspection. Panel thermal scan to find hot spots before they fault, GFCI and AFCI verification, and a check on every exposed terminal and connection. Loose neutrals and overloaded circuits are found by inspection or by fire, and we prefer inspection.

Members get 15% off all repair labor, a 2-year parts warranty on anything we install, and priority storm response, so you are near the front of the line when the whole neighborhood calls at once.
